Who I am

I'm Martin Truu — I build and run businesses. For the last 15 years I've been taking operations, teams and ideas to the next level. I find what's already there and make it significantly better.

I've led complex operations at Confido, one of Estonia's most respected private healthcare providers — overseeing laboratory, testing, vaccination, urgent care, aesthetics, and a Ukrainian refugee primary care project, with a team of 300+. I've launched new services at Tele2 Estonia. I've run property management businesses and I'm currently expanding into European medical diagnostics. When existing tools don't cut it, I build my own software.

Whether it's a process, a system, a team, or a piece of software — I design and build the thing that fixes it. I'm not afraid of complexity.

I follow through until the result is real and measurable — not until the presentation is done. Closed loops, not open tickets.
